The Collection of Revenue and Taxes System or CRATS is developed for computerization of the transaction of every particular in the Barangay Hall

The system is created through the Delphi 07 environment with Pascal as the language used, and Firebird as the database server.

The system performs basic functions such as storing records, transaction of the particular, and printing reports.

The system provides different kinds of level access which will be discussed separately.
